Ever have one of those business meetings in which the only sustenance was cold, stale sandwiches with limp lettuce and soggy tomatoes, because it was made at a 'facility' at 4 a.m. and here you are eating it 8 hours later?

Might as well make the meeting actually delectable and something for people to look forward to--Marcin once made this roasted pork belly with apple-sultana chutney that I just about died eating, and pair that with that pear and goats cheese frisee salad and that is a complete meal.

Oh, I forgot the Valrhona chocolate brownie. Okay, so maybe not a complete meal.
