Our specially made pastry fridges, proofer, and freezer arrived from Italy this week---the freezer now sits happily in the seating area, but hopefully we'll be able to move it soon.

The proofer though, now means we can bake our own breads, which can only mean one thing: sandwiches!

It also means one more thing: cinnamon buns!
