Bea's in NYC!
December 28th 2008
I've been busily eating my way through NYC and also rediscovering some great American treats from my childhood! Inspiration is everywhere, to the point that I may introduce a retro-style dessert menu at the shop! In the midst of all the sweet things I've been munching through, I've also seen a lot of variety in soups, salads, and am just savouring the sheer diversity of the cuisine here.
Can't wait to bring it all to London! In the meantime we'll reopen January 5th, 2009. Can't wait to see you all again in the new year!
