Wow, it's been a month since we've written in the space, yet so much has happened, we're just trying to keep up! Taste of London was a great fun success, and our cupcakes have proven quite popular. So popular that we've now created a brand-new cupcake order form:

So for all those asking if we deliver, the answer is yes! Options for Gluten-free and Vegan Cupcakes are there as well.

I think I'm slowly embracing this cupcake idea---it's still new to me, as a restaurant-trained chef to embrace this sugary and creamy confection---but hopefully we're trying to push it away from make your teeth hurt from sugary-ness into something that's full of real flavour.

The real fun though, has been working on the new wedding cake models with James and Naomi. Changing the shop a little at a time, evolution is where it's at. Have you noticed the Strawberry and Passionfruit Marshmallows?
